As a church family, one of the greatest privileges we have is to visit with and pray for those in the hospital. If you, a family member, or someone you know who is connected to Palm Valley Church has or will enter the hospital, please let us know so that we can visit with, and pray for, you.
If you are requesting a visit for someone other than yourself, please make sure they have agreed to have us visit them.
We will make every effort to make contact within 24 hours. If there is an immediate need, please call the church office (623)536-2106.
In the “Questions or Comments” section of the “Request a Hospital Visit” contact page, please be sure to include the Following:
- Name of person in, or going into, the hospital
- Name and location of Hospital
- Date admitted
- Expected release date
- Reason for hospitalization
- Contact name and phone number
