If you already have iTunes installed on your system, please skip to step 3.
   
1. Go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/ and download your free iTunes software.
  
2. Once you have the new iTunes software installed, you can download the free podcast automatically without having to install the podcast software.
  
 3. Go under the Advanced tab and click on the Subscribe to Podcast button as shown below:

 4. Enter the following URL into the box:
 http://www.palmvalley.org/DesktopModules/Podcaster/podcast.aspx?moduleid=599 
 and click OK.

Now iTunes will automatically check and download a new Podcast every week.
