Fresh Start Class

July 11/12
The Fresh Start class is a one-time class designed specifically for those who are exploring Christ, have recently accepted Christ, or are returning to a relationship with Him.The class will focus on frequently asked questions about the decision to follow Jesus. We will also examine tools and resources that can help you grow in your faith. Register online or visit the Fresh Start Table located on the patio each weekend, or contact Paul Lewis at plewis@palmvalley.org to register for the next class.

New Believer Growth Group
Starting July 12th
In this six-week course you’ll discover how to study the Bible (and why you can trust it), how to pray, and other topics relevant to you and others who are getting started (or re-started) in their faith. First Steps Class
Starting August 2nd
If your child has accepted Christ we offer a First Steps class for students 7-10 years of age. This 4-week class begins Sunday, March 8th, meeting at 8:30 a.m. Students will affirm their decision and learn what it means to be a fully devoted follower of Christ. This class also teaches about baptism to prepare them for their public declaration of faith.

Class 101: Church Membership

August 16th
Find out about the history of Palm Valley Church and how you can be a part of impacting the lives of others!  We’ll answer your questions, share information on our church’s future plans, and give you the opportunity to become a member if you so choose. Membership class is from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Desert Edge High School cafeteria. Dinner and childcare is provided.

Class 201: Spiritual Growth

August 16th
For those who have completed our membership class and are ready to take their next step.  We’ll look at the importance of building a strong spiritual foundation, prayer, and journaling and how this prepares us to be more effective leaders for Christ.  (Prerequisite: CLASS 101) Spiritual Growth class is from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Desert Edge High School cafeteria.  Dinner and childcare is provided.

CLASS 301: Discovering my SHAPE to Serve

August 16th
At Palm Valley, we believe that every member of our church should be engaged in serving. This is what CLASS 301 is all about. During this class, you will learn how God can use your Spiritual Gifts, your Heart (passions), your Abilities, Personality and Experiences to minister to others in need. This is discovering your SHAPE for ministry. (Prerequisite: CLASS 101 & 201) CLASS 301 is from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Desert Edge High School cafeteria.  Dinner and childcare is provided.

CLASS 401: Sharing Your Faith
August 16th
In CLASS 401: Sharing Your Faith you’ll develop a personal perspective of the Gospel message, develop your personal story of how God has worked in your life and gain the confidence you need to share your story with others.
