When you arrive on campus, look for one of our VIP Hosts (you’ll recognize them by their bright yellow t-shirts) or head to the PVC Kids lobby check-in station. There, a check-in volunteer will collect the following information: family member’s names, birthdays, phone numbers, and any allergies or special needs for your child.
If you child has special needs, please check out our Buddy Ministry (below) for more information on how we desire to serve your family.
Once your family is checked in, each child will receive two nametags – one nametag to wear, and one nametag to give to the volunteer that greets them in their age-appropriate area. The parent or caregiver will also receive a tag with a matching 3-digit alphanumeric code. Be sure to hold on to this tag to pick-up your child at the end of service.
A VIP Host would be happy to answer any questions you may have and personally walk you to each child’s area. At the door of each area, your child will be warmly greeted and encouraged to join the fun.
