PVC sees the Internet as an important tool in fulfilling our mission of inviting people to
meet Jesus and following Him with our lives. When you are visiting our website, we
collect various types of information to improve your interaction with the site and to track
your usage patterns so that we can improve the site in the future. Examples of the types

Why Do We Collect This Information

The data that we capture from our website will in no way be sold to any third party.
Access to personal information within the church is closely monitored and available on a
need to know basis only.

Aggregate Information: All data that we collect regarding your usage of the site is

Planning Center:

Planning Center is used as our main database to hold and maintain
information provided to us by the member for ease of follow-up for prayer requests,
volunteering, or signing up for classes. We also use Planning Center to process

SmartWill Giving:

SmartWill by Engiven, Inc. is a resource that helps members include
Palm Valley Church in their will, should they choose to do so. Anyone who signs up for
Smart Will does so of their own volition, and are not urged or requested to do so by

Engiven is a resource that assists members in donating cryptocurrency or
stocks to Palm Valley Church. Anyone who uses Engiven does so of their own volition,
